Free domain name registration
Freenom seems the only provider who offers free 2LD registrations, This is under TLD .tk, .ml, .ga, .cf and .gq. To get such free domain name, on Freenom site fill in FQDN to check availability. Beside accepting terms and conditions, registration with email and some account details are needed. - Registrations getting status "Fraud" without further information and only referring to terms and conditions (https://my.freenom.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=20).
