- For this, use a GitHub account. Instructions to create one, see "Part 1: Configuring your GitHub account".
- With a GitHub account, you can make a GitHub Organization for your project as descripted in "Create new organization".
- For "plan" choose "Create a free organization".
- For "plan" choose "Create a free organization".
